| Ingredients: |
- - 1 1/2 oz ABSOLUT 100
- Dry Vermouth in and out
- Garnish: Cocktail Olive
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

| Mix (or stir) all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (or in a mixing glass). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |

| Ingredients: |
- - 2 oz Chivas Regal Scotch whisky
- 1 oz Drambuie
- Garnish: lemon twist

| Mix both ingredients in an old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with lemon twist. |

| Pepper Basil Daiquiri |
| Ingredients: |
- - 2 oz Seagram's Brazilian Rum
- 1 oz lime
- 1 bar spoon sugar
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 bar spoon white pepper corns
- Garnish: Basil leave

| Muddle 1 bar spoon of white pepper corns and add sugar, 1 lime quarters and basil leaves. Add Paramount 151 Rum and 1 oz lime juice. Shake the mixture and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with sprig of basil. |

- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
